Delivery

The WordPress Support service will be delivered in approximately 3 hours after the support request has been received. If the fix of the problem requires more than 3 hours of work, the delivery of the service will be decided by talking to the customer.

Overview

The payment of a service is made after the customer is 100% satisfied. For this reason, after the payment, no refund will be issued. The customer has a right not to pay for the service if not satisfied.

Please make sure that we have fixed your issue and you are 100% satisfied with the results before making the payment.
